In some ways, Mike Keiser is the Patron Saint of Big Ball First. Over time, as he continued to play legendary golf courses (many of which were private), he formed a hypothesis: Every golfer should have the opportunity to play legendary golf. His passion led him to build a links style golf course on Lake Michigan called the Dunes Club. He travelled all over Great Britain and Ireland playing the original links style golf courses that were the origin of the game…. His businesses were unrelated, but he had a huge passion for the game, and apparently for travel. Interestingly, he did not set out to become a Golf Magnet.
